Welcome to 48 Kennedy Street East, a lovingly maintained four bedroom, two-storey home within the Aurora Village neighbourhood of Aurora.

What a beautiful artists house!! The spaces very nice and warm. Just two small details, the painting area should be a close and separate room, maybe in the outsite one in the garden and the piano is too big for the balcony, a petite or baby grand grand piano would be perfect. It's unusual place for a piano but stil nice. The facade shoul be spring color because the house is so beautiful inside and a dark color doesn't give the life it has. But al take it as it is!

Yes it is carpet but the same hardwood floor is underneath, the owner just put it on because she has a small dog and wants to preserve the floor. and no such thing as a stupid question... well almost, except when people ask "where is this house" considering the the title of every video is the actual address. ;-)

Poor thing really needed a stager. Did no one tell her that carpet (I really do love the pattern) in the kitchen devalues the home by $5k. I hope the host can do my place when I need to sell.

Weird downstairs layout, would paint the kitchen cabinets white, just too dark overall. I kinda of like the house...needs some design style but the back yard is beautiful!

Sadly, whoever bought it, tore it down and built your average big house.
Who's idea was the pictures of food on the wall? Fire her! The driveway destroys the beauty/charm of the house.
That patterned carpet is hideous. Not to mention using grouted floor tiles as a counter surface. And, who wants carpet in the kitchen? I mean really?? The layout is great but the finishes ruin the entire house. It would take thousands of dollars to fix that downstairs mess.
