I'm planning a culinary trip from Sweden to the U.S and the main draw is the BBQ. I've eaten BBQ all around Europe and Asia but there is simply no competition when it comes to American BBQ. Been saving up for the past years through covid so I have no regrets in what and where I want to eat. Thank you for your channel and all others in the community showing great places for me to visit!

@luminousnyc I love seeing Ruben's new staff. Anybody in the industry knows how important it is to have a good consistent staff doing perfect things every day. And its awesome to see he was able to do it as he said, he never worked in food service, but he's always been able to provide top notch food and service since the pop-ups he ran at the local breweries here in Queens. Love to see Bark BBQ progress so much since then. Hope to see it at TimeOut Market this Friday since I'll be in the area.

My favorite part of the video is when your interviewing the workers, the different personalities in the restaurant add another vibe on top of this video. i also like the end where he says bark is going to be here for a while because you can tell he genuinely means it. Sometimes in the food industry you hear oh we're going to be the next big this or oh my restaurant is that but with him, i can tell he means it. Hopefully you pick me and i enjoy your channel! L1ve4themoment You had me (even more) with Sazon and Adobo. Boricua here so to see a mixture of Hispanic mixed in with traditional style “Texas” BBQ was cool to see. #antsbbq
