To me the best way is walking around the city, interacting with locals, and finding some lesser touristy spots for lunch or quaint spots to stay that truly care. The Moroccan hospitality was amazing here and I especially loved where I stayed at Dar Es Saouyry. It was nice to meet Dra & Noel at dinner/hiking.
