Canned goods in the ice shack is a great choice! I am a connoisseur of Chunky soups and Chef Boyardee. Thai style chicken is so good and you can't go wrong with mini raviolis but if you still haven't found a can opener, Chili Mac is probably top 3!! *This is why you wait until the end of the video to comment...* Anyway, I hope Mexico was awesome! It was cool to see you, Colin, Dustin and hear from Luke's Vienna sausage in this one.

Easy camping breakfast(can cook over your heater!). Precook bacon chopped in bite size pieces, drain and cool and put in a baggy. Beat as many eggs as you think you will need for scrambled eggs and pour into a baggy. Shred some good extra sharp cheddar and put in a baggie(or buy that nasty pre shredded stuff). Bring a stick of butter. And some bread for toast(hold on a fork in front of the heater). Put bacon in a foil pouch and heat it up. In a non stick pan melt your butter until it stops foaming, add eggs and scramble(takes longer over the top of a heater). Put the heated bacon on top of the eggs, then cheese, use the bacon foil to cover the pan and melt the cheese. Sounds complicated typed out but it is a simple 1 pan meal and we usually ate from the pan when ice fishing. Where are he cards for slow times??? We played poker and lost a lot of money LOL
