Main ingredients: 220g minced beef, 200g chili paste, 2 onions
Every market has different qualities of minced beef (only in DE) I do not recommend light minced beef for the dish.
Chop onions finely
400ml onions
Cut the spring onions into rings
25ml oil / For the dish you need a coated pan
Medium heat / Let the onion evaporate and keep stirring
When the onions are a little soft, add spring onions.
Add 3-4 cloves of garlic.
Let the liquid evaporate further
220g minced beef
18g sugar
20ml soy sauce
If the minced meat cooks medium, then add chili paste
200g chili paste
Always medium heat and continue stirring.
Stir further in 2-3 minutes and finish / cool and keep in the fridge.
