It seems like the air / heat always goes out at the WORST time! When we were little my mom always folded the laundry but she gave us the duty of folding washcloths/handtowels and matching and folding socks. I can't believe how much you got done! The laundry was definitely a feat on it's own.

Lauren I have been a subscriber for many years and I can say you are beautiful inside and out ! I was was surprised to hear you make a comment about your shorts in one of you other vlogs, I was thinking how beautiful you looked ! Your vlogs motivate me to do stuff around my home. My metabolism slowed down when I hit 40, I was always a size 4,and I went up , then eventually got a good routine going to stay healthier and in shape Lauren you are one of a kind ! Your children are so lucky to have such an amazing Mom !!

I think one of the ways you might be able to capture more time for yourself is to give your kids more of a responsibility to keep the house clean. No soda cans no brushes no toys left behind. Clothes, give them a hamper when they take the clothes off put it there and if they don't do it then give them some sort of time out until they learn how you become a good steward over what God has given you. Hey the bright side is it gives you content because you have to do it anyway.

I have a running list on my phone of THINGS TO DO, as I do them I delete them. I usually get 2-3 things done on the weekend as I work full time. Same for my grocery list, bills etc. It's very hot and humid in S Texas and Beryl the hurricane didn't hit us head on. Rain, much needed and some wind. God answered my prayers.

I function best when the house has order. We just a big June and are still recovering from it. My dad passed unexpectedly and my son graduated high school. It was a solid week of traveling and compartmentalizing emotions. Now I’m home, still picking up the pieces from the last six weeks of me doing the bare minimum because I was I crisis mode. Hey Lauren - Cool mom (Nice T shirt), you are definitely a cool mom. Great 45 minute video of deep cleaning and Laundry Lauren, really enjoyed the video. You still inspire and motivate me very well. I'm single live alone, have 4 rooms in my modern apt, a.c. too, thank god for that been really warm and humid here in the British isles - Isle of man I live. Just cleaned and mopped all shower room and cabinet and restocked that. Then polished and hoovered all my bedroom and then hallway dusted skirten boards and floor, do the kitchen and under the sink tomorrow now. Lauren the hoover I'd recommend you get is a Vax Air Stretch Pet Max, super suction!, lots of onboard tools and very long reach hose to do high stairs and curtains etc, brilliant Lauren this hoover on hard floors - Tile, Laminate etc and deep pile carpet, look it up Lauren, rated very highly on trust pilot. I agree Lauren, when you know where every thing is, easier to restock and find things also it cuts down the time when you need to find a certain thing. Just doing a ton of laundry in new washing machine, a hot point machine, very modern, good. I too have electrolytes in my water, gives you a boost dosent it, pre workout also helps hehe😂😀. Love watcing your videos. A couple of years ago we switched to plantation shutters in our family room from drapes. The room gets total afternoon sun and the heat really builds up. In the winter, the wind blows the west which makes the room cold! The platation shutters have really been a gigantic help. We can angle them to keep out the strong sun and during winter evennings they provide great insulation from the cold.

Thanks for your dedication. The house looks great. I’m gonna look at some of your Apple decor videos next I think that’s a great idea. And by the way, you are doing fabulous. I have no children, and you just motivate the heck out of me to do more because I should be doing more!

Thank you for this awesome motivation to clean and declutter 🤗 I've loved that you've filmed while discarding so much stuff around 26:45 and even emptied trash can over the decluttered things which means that whatever was decluttered is not going out of the bag anymore 😇 As I struggle so much to toss magazines, clothes stores/beauty catalogues/flyers, even sometimes just nicer clothes packaging and mostly any old clothes that can't be donated, I was hoping to see one of those things falling in that bag to give me motivation haha. And as I always find it so satisfying to see anything, even just normal trash get thrown away/emptied, I've noticed the kitchen can was overflowing as well haha but I understand you can't film that part everytime haha it's just that other than feeling fresh after this quick chore, it also raise the chance to see something I struggle to toss 😅

If I looked as good as you do in shorts I'd wear them everyday, even in the winter. 😂 I live in Sonoma County, CA. so I might get a little chilly. My favorite vacuum is the Shark too. It's not even that $$ compared to the Dyson & I feel like it does have better suction too..

I don't know if you have issues with keeping your shower glass spot free or not, but we just redid our bathroom and have glass doors. I put a squeegee in the shower and we wipe the glass down as soon as we are finished with our shower. It can be a pain, but it only takes less than a minute to do and I never have to worry about scrubbing them when it comes time to clean. I also bought some OXO brand suction cups from amazon that are to hold your razors in the shower. They are clear and work great. I have one for me and my husband and I also got one to hold the squeegee. Just a helpful tip for you or anyone else.

As a working mom I decided that my family needed to help with laundry by turning their clothes right side out when they tossed them in the laundry basket. I swear it cut the folding time in half.

We have a German Shepherd and a Collie, plus 2 cats, we have a Shark robot that vacuums everyday and a Shark Navigator vacuum we use to deep vacuum the endless hair, I also shed, a lot.
