It’s a beautiful home! I just don’t like where the TV is located . Very awkward to see it by the fireplace.

Thanks for the feedback! I agree with you. I had a buyer lower the fireplace to put their TV above it with another builder.

I just don’t get why the tv is on the side of the fire place. Everything else looks amazing

I hear you! At the beginning of the video, the builder agent left and I could not find the tv remote or a switch on the front of the TV. Either way, glad you enjoyed it!

@@RajSahooah I think they meant why is it installed on the side of the fireplace vs above it, centered on that wall.

@@jorgesmith2000 You’re right, I read that too fast. It is a consequence of the fireplace. I’ve had other buyers get a more modern sleek fireplace to put their TV over it and it not very high / does not need to be on the side.

Price is in the description of the video 😎 if I don’t mention price, this specific home is not for sale and is a representation of this plan. The base price is always in the description of the video.

The TV should be over the Fireplace and not on the side of it just my opinion

There were many rooms around the main living room I was covering. And I loved those cathedral ceilings.
