Major correction for fact 4: The creeper’s texture is entirely intentional. What was UNintentional was its model, which was created accidentally when Notch mistakenly stretched out the Y axis on the body instead of the X axis, and thus, the creeper was born.

Yeah, more specifically the actual 3D model was made up in code which literally plotted out the coordinates for each vertex by hand and created the polygons using them. Because Notch accidentally swapped one dimension (length with height) for another, the creature ended up tall instead of long. What was meant to be a pig had now become the creeper we have all come to love and fear.

To save anyone reading this wasted time in watching, the diamond thing in the thumbnail isn't in the video.

I have actually used the debug stick before, did you know you can’t actually place 4 stairs so their corners make a pyramid or one block divot? You genuinely need a debug stick for that, even if you do place all of them 90 degrees different.

Well, you can if you use a bug that was patched when the Far Lands were removed or a debug stick.

The Ender Dragon model has been made backward. Back in 1.7.10, End Crystals did not draw the healing ray to the Ender Dragon. It was the Ender Dragon entity drawing the healing rays toward the nearest End Crystal. Mojang fixed it when they added ability to command End Crystal entities to draw the healing ray in arbitrarily controlled direction. Until 1.6.4, there was only one slab block with different meta for oak or smooth stone. So you needed a pickaxe to break wood slabs and wood slabs would not burn. It took 7 years for Mojang to somehow fix the leash detaching from fence posts and animals wandering after chunk unload. It basically made leash post attachment useless to keep your animals at home.

It was so stupid. You had to migrate your mojang account to a Microsoft account, otherwise it straight up got deleted. I complained about it a few times and people always respond with "they gave you 2 years notice! That's your fault for not paying attention." I just hadn't played the game in several years and came back to find my account deactivated....
