I read your comment & it hit home. Dear beautiful soul, do not be afraid, ever. My son just got accepted to UT Medical School after 4yrs of many disappointments. He was also scared. He never gave up doing the right things. Work hard & believe & SEE yourself in this life you desire! I continually told him the same thing. Always SEE you in that life with your backpack on, going to classes, walking around feeling how proud you are that it’s already happening! Go to sleep dreaming of tht glorious feeling of YOU are in MEDICAL SCHOOL!!! Good luck 💫🥰🙌

Was full of anxiety, heart rate up, non sleepy and after 15mins in my heart rate had dropped to a relaxing almost like when it slows for hibernation, sleepy as hell now, and my anxiety level dropped to 1.

Just think folks these were the healing freq. That would come out of the old world cathedrals and copper bell that wrung every hour in every city in the world. The whole construction of a cathedral is rather a frequency machine that used to be healing center inside and out , the rose windows didn't have glass back then, and the rolling sounds/frequencys would build and build inside the domed ceiling and non right angle walls until it found the portal (rose window) the windows are actually single frequencys in a physical form. The sound would blast thru the window pattern and create that perfect frequency out intonthe city's.
