When you listen to this healing frequency, instruct your body to heal! I had a pain in my leg and asked my body to heal it as I listened, it is now gone in less than one hour! I had phlegm heavy in my throat, I asked my body to loosen it up and expel it from whatever exit was fitting, I felt a clearing sense in my throat, and my nose started to run lol. Darkness, a single candle, this music, and my bed. A very... peaceful, setting for me. Usually i don't have much time to myself to listen to stuff like this. So, it's nice to finally be able to, just so i can relax and think. This really helps.
