This is good I like to try one day but for me my garden is about get outside I to battle depression and anxiety so it’s more about staying healthy being in my garden Is like a health tonic lol just like watching you I just love watching something grow knowing I am the one who has helped it I lived in the south west of Tasmania for 15 years and I know what it’s like being stuck in side for long periods of time I remember what cabin fever is like lol I am the Monopoly king Thank you guys lots of love

For those unfamiliar, don't cut/tear rockwool when it's dry and breathe in the dust. If you must do it while dry, wear a mask, otherwise, soak it first.

I was thinking this too. A lot of sound isolation technology is made of rockwool (like my vocal reflection filter) and it tends to come with warnings against inhalation of particles.

@@EchotaisHealing you can start the plant in dirt and once big enough change it to an inch wide pool noodle with a slice taken out. Gently put the young seedling in it and put into the jar. This method also does away with need to have the net cup and pellets. Mike VanDuzee from “Keep in Growing, “ teaches this method. For those with more room also shows how to grown in 2 ft long downspouts. Blessings ...🇨🇦
