I've been an insurance surveyor for 23 years, and this is by far the most obvious example of an 'inside job' I've ever seen! Firstly, as soon as they smashed the window the alarm will have triggered so they are effectively 'on the clock' but would you believe it they not only knew where the safe was, but so easily removed and thrown out the window (I didn't see any of the 4 carry any drills or safe cracking tools. So something a miss there. Obviously, the insurers will investigate during a post loss survey and if it turns out that the client didn't adhere to the policy conditions, their policy will be null and void and it will become a criminal investigation very, very quickly. *Grabs 🍿*

Anyone that disagrees with me and Johnny here just actually think for a second and consider they weren't even in a VAN. That means they KNEW that the safe would fit into the boot of a focus. They couldn't even put the seats down for it could they, because then they would have to have left a man or two behind. This is *bare minimum* someone that's eyes on seen the location and size of that safe as I say above or maybe disgruntled employees for insurance reasons having to pay rent on that lovely, airy building in a prime location right through a demic having had zero customers leaving them in a considerable financial hole. It was a glass wall, all they had to do was push the safe out of the glass wall which they broke, they did not pick up the safe they just pushed it out of the building.

What we're saying is it should have been bolted around chest height well hidden behind a hinged blanking plate (that's a piece that looks the same so you can't tell) on one of the *interior* (close to the centre) walls of the building. The furthest geographically you could possibly have it from the outside the better, because it would give the police more time to arrive for every single ft a thief had to struggle with it. Forget plated down , even glued in with gorilla glue it would have saved it wouldn't it. Well away from the glass walls of the exterior walls and anybody being able to look in right at it. You wouldn't need a telescope or even binoculars, you could see inside that lovely airy building with your peepers. You saw how long it took them to push it about 3 ft across the smooth floor behind that car and inside would be worse because its carpet which is grippy to stop you slipping, that's the point of it. You would *never* have a safe infront of your glass window on view like they had not secured even with a £2 tube of glue would you, that would defeat the whole entire object of even having a safe wouldn't it. It's all the little things like they weren't in a van. They KNEW it was going to fit fine in the boot of a focus without even sticking a seat down, meaning that they had literally seen that safe before and even knew the weight it was going to be aswell as not having to bring any tools because they KNEW it wasn't fastened to the floor in any way. How would anyone know it wasn't fastened to the floor in any fashion, because after all that's lunacy that defeats the whole object of even having a safe. You can buy glue for a pound or two if you can't afford the plates problem solved. Get it?

I asked my family to get me a nice kettle last Christmas and was gutted when I woke on Christmas morning to a Morphy Richards.

First lot was semi pro they should of had a chain block hoist set up to help get it off ground a few inches. Second lot just stupid

if security is there did they become aware of this and why did the police take so long? They don't need to risk themselves to phone the police.

How can a big office like that have shit security measures? They were casually loading the safe after several minutes not worried about the police turning up with the alarm going off? Sounds a bit sus to me!

How do you know that? That might not be the full video plus it was probably one floor, not the whole building. It's not hard to find a safe in an open plan office their aren't a lot of rooms.
