I thought my bunny was gonna die so I played this music to comfort her. She could barely walk but she walked towards this sound and layed on top of the phone. She is doing so much better now. I love her so much she turns 13 this year . I don’t wanna lose her but I’m thankful that heaven sent her to me and that she has accompanied me all these years.

For anyone reading there are brighter days to come happy days ahead you have come this far please don’t stop know you are needed you are loved ❤️x

If you're reading this, know that you are LOVED. Not because of your accomplishments, your job or how much money you have. You are loved simply because you exist. The fact that you exist is evidence that you, exactly as you are right now, were literally loved into creation.

To every single beautiful and amazing person in this comment section: I may not know the specifics of what you're going through, but I DO know what it's like to have depression and anxiety. I want you to remember that depression (or any mental illness really) does NOT discriminate, it doesn't matter if you have "everything going for you" you can still feel like your soul is being crushed, and that does NOT mean that you are ungrateful for the things that you DO have. Don't let anyone tell you that you are too rich, too happy, too privileged, to be depressed.....it hits people at random (it seems) and it hits HARD. The reason I'm telling you this is because it was what I needed to hear several years ago, and it was eventually part of what got me into therapy. I am living proof that your story doesn't have to end in whatever dark place you are now, find the smallest reason to continue on and HANG ON TO IT WITH EVERYTHING YOU GOT (for me it was keeping my houseplants alive, and wanting to see movies/listen to music that hadn't come out yet). It doesn't have to be a huge reason, just enough to get you through the day...if 1 day seems to be too overwhelming, try for an hour, or a minute at a time. Keep breaking things down into manageable steps as much as you can, one day you will notice that you've cried less that afternoon, and one day you will realize that you haven't cried at all. It's okay if you can't find the will to live for YOURSELF for awhile, but please try to find SOMETHING to live for, until you find value in yourself again. It's something I try and remember when I'm having a depressive episode; keeps me from delving too much into negative self talk (also something my therapist and I went over) and generally helps me NOT beat myself up just because I'm feeling sad and/or apathetic. This comment section is the purest thing, and whenever I see that someone has replied to my comment, I take the time to scroll through them. Makes me realize there are still good people out there, ones who genuinely care about each other even if they are complete strangers. Wish I could give hugs to each and every one of you.

I keep giving it one more day.. thinking this is the last day i will think bad thoughts, but its not.. i know people got it worse than me.. but i just dont know what is wrong, i cant seem to find peace and happiness in anything.. I really do try, or my way of trying is not enough. I dont know who I am, i feel like a failure to everyone that knows me, but mostly to myself. I am a broken rollercoaster, i keep giving it days.. but i wake up in the same depression, or whatever it is.. i dont know, and i am tired. My life has been on pause for years, i am 25 years old. Havent achieved anything in life, havent done anything i wanted to do. Havent been able to make anyone proud, not even myself. Everything I have ever told myself or others i will do, ended up a lie... now i am writing this as i wake up waiting for my coffee.. with tears in my eyes.... and even though it is through a screen, i feel embarrassed. Because i am not asking for help... i just want to understand... does anyone understand........?

I didn’t know where I would find motivation to keep going. But I did, and I’m so glad I did. So much has changed and so many beautiful things have happened. Things that I could have never predicted, never foreseen. That’s the mystery of all our paths. Grant yourself 1% more kindness today, just one small gesture of kindness, forgive yourself for the smallest thing, that’s all it takes to start the journey. ❤️

I am someone who suffers from a toxic family, being a genuine empath, not being understood by anyone else around me. It suck but along my healing journey I chose to dive into studying psychology in the subconscious mind, and a bunch of other things. I never thought I would… so I’m still healing but I’m actually someone that loves understanding people and talking to people when they’re sad… And I defiantly understand how hard it is to try and reach out when you feel like there’s nobody left that cares…. I care .. I care about everyone that’s trying to cope it sucks and so many people say there by your side and I hope other people getting a better outcome on that situation then I did… but if anybody even needs to talk to someone who will just listen and hear them…. I will. It don’t matter how much pain I endure the best feeling I the world to me is genuinely helping someone in need. Sometimes that’s all they need is someone who ACTUALLY UNDERSTANDS and will let them speak and show them that not a people are bad . Am I the only person like this??

I was in a relationship and it just ended 3 days ago. I’m hurting because I loved him with all of my being. I literally did everything to make him happy and it was never enough. L Martinez. I was in a very similar situation about half a year ago. Even though it has been a while, I still find myself missing that person and trying to figure out why something so great fell apart. I, too, have indeed suffered broken heart. But I've learned that we are essentially energy, and energy is comprised of vibrations. Your vibrational energy was different from your ex partners. Judging by what you have written about your relationship with him, I sense you have a higher vibrational pattern. It's obvious when you step back and look at things that two vastly different vibrational people are going to struggle to find a balance. Either one will grow or the other regress. By him severing the relationship, this has been a blessing because it gives you the chance to grow and resonate towards another fortunate being who holds a higher vibrational frequency that is more aligned to yours. You're going to be alright.
