Evan Singleton seems to be a good training partner. Motivation, cheering and support on point. 5x 410 kg is world class. You could probably do 7x 400 kg and break Rauno Heinlas 6x 400 kg record if you want to. Just one thing i ask myself. Maybe i miss something or can learn something. Why don´t you build up every rep from scratch like the first rep? Keeping tention with touch and go, like from 2nd to 5th rep, will not bring benefit for the 505 kg attempt where you have to build up the rep from scratch.

Her lift was suspect ANYWAY. It was a Giants Live event, owned and ran by Eddie and her boyfriend Bryce. She already stole the 2017 WSM from Thor. Everything she did in competition if Bryce was within 100 miles is suspect. Same with the Stoltman sisters. All cheaters, doing secret deals with their pimp Colin for special favours. No wonder Thor gave her a good back handing in the ring. What she deserved. And he took her DL record too. Glory days!

@@TheHixxy1985 Makes sense. How are you gauging how far off you are from the 505 (current 1RM) as if you entered 410 x 5 into a calculator it may give you a number based off complete reset reps rather than reps where you maintain the tension? Just curious as I may want to integrate similar way of training into my program too as I also find myself less injury prone when keeping tension, but find it difficult to gauge my 1 rep max through those reps (needed for the program such as 5/3/1 etc) cheers pal!
