I'm definitely hooked on the flash mask!! I tried the hyper serum and really loved using it but just went through it way too fast to be cost effective for me. I haven't tried the moisturizer but it looks lovely. Oh I also have the Depuffer. I don't use it as regular as I should but love the gel formula.

I didn't notice a difference until she 46. I wish I had started with anti-aging ingredients earlier even though I have been using sunscreen and moisturizer since age 25. Thank God even at 48 I'm still fairly oily. I was very oily in my younger years (not acne prone) and I hated it. Now I'm grateful.

Many people think its not a big deal what we call it, but I truly believe it forces us in a subconscious mindset to be afraid of growing old, rather than focusing on looking good and healthy as we age! Im 26 this year, and all my friends are terrified getting to 30 because they don’t want to “be old.” Its such an unhealthy mindset, especially in my age group and even younger than due to social media.

Girl, your 30s are amazing! It's a time that you have learned from the mistakes of your 20s, you are on point with your hair, makeup and skincare, and probably are able to afford these things. You may have your family and career set, and it's a time you truly "grow into your own woman." You are still young and know only the best is yet to come!

@@RichTsazz I do not use Tretinoin, but I do use Kiehls micro dose. My skin is ultra sensitive. Dr. Idriss' products have helped fade my dark spots and keep my skin comfortable and even .

@@RichTsazzI will give you my experience. Hope it helps. I use the mask as an overnight mask 1-2x a week. I use the pen thing and moisturizer, with the goal of reducing discoloration on my face. I have seen very good results. I am 48, with light skin, and this has helped with both my redness and dark spots from sun damage. I use the pen dispenser thingie first, sorry I don’t know what it’s called, and then the moisturizer over it, about 5 days a week. Sometime, for cost purposes, I just use another moisturizer in the mornings. I haven’t tried the depuffer/roller yet.

oooo your mask intrigues me. I will definitely give that a try. I am 46 not super sensitive skin but suffer from eczema and psoriasis but usually have no issues with exfoliating products. Welcome to the 40 club. You look amazing and I love love following you for great skincare tips.

Hi Dr. Shereene! I am from the Philippines. The vast majority of people's skin tone here is on the darker side. Unfortunately, we still have the mentality that white skin is more beautiful. Hence, a lot of local brands come up with glutathione products. Would love to know the science behind it, if it is safe and effective. If so, please let us know your recommendations. I’m unable to use almost all AHAs and BHAs without breaking out in painful under the surface spots (irritation), but I can leave your Flash Mask on overnight and often do once a week if my skin is looking very dry. Otherwise I wash it off and business as usual. I think the formulation REALLY matters for my skin with exfoliants and I adore yours.

Happy birthday, Dr. Idriss! I have to say that your Flash Mask, Hyper Serum, and Active Seal have transformed my dry skin like nothing I've ever tried! I'm in my early 60's, have always had dry skin, but now and especially in the winter, it is DRY. The mask makes my face feel as smooth as a baby's, the serum has made it hydrated and bouncy, and the Active Seal is working its magic with the Vitamin C. They are game changers.

I feel your pain! I'm 50. Until age 47 I still looked like I was in my early-mid 30's. Then BAM! My whole freaking face fell almost overnight! It's incredible how quickly it happened. I'm hoping for a plateau soon!!!

Love your recommendations. Glycolic acid is doing wonders to even my skin tone. I had no idea I could fade my lifelong freckles.

its never too late. get a body wash with niacinamide. and weleda lotion is amazing and affordable. also exfoliate your body, and lactic acid lotion is awesome.
