Love all your videos! When you are videoing the hot station it seems that some items are not selling well? I am guessing as the people prefer the wraps I just saying I hope that all the food you (team) were able to sell everything. Just a comment and opinion from myself.

Chef, next time you do a "inspired by" video check out a dish I love so much from Puerto Rico: Pernil (pork shoulder) and mafungo (rice with beans). You can serve it as is with that or with chicarones (fried or baked pork belly) or tostones (fried plantain) Not the healthiest but it's so good! Lol
