Joint Mobility
Black Burns - 10 reps
Lateral Reaches - 10 each direction
Hip Circles - 10 each direction
Knee Circles - 10 each direction
Ankle Circles - 10 each direction
Warmup - 2 sets, 30 seconds rest between sets
Child’s Pose To Kneeling Mountain Climber - 5 each side
Kettlebell Chest Loaded Hinge To Horned Squat - 10 reps
Squat Jumps With Pause - 5 reps
Jumping Jacks - 10 re, reps
Workset 1 - 4 sets, rest 60 seconds between sets
Single Kettlebell Waiter Racked Squat - 5 reps each side
Child’s Pose To Mountain Climber With Reach - 5 each side
Workset 2 - 4 sets, rest 60 seconds between sets
Single Kettlebell Row To Cheat Clean - 5 each side
Bodyweight Push Ups -10 reps
Finisher - 3 sets, 60 seconds rest between sets
Single Kettlebell Cheat Clean To Squat And Press - 5 each side
Single Kettlebell Pull Over To Sit Up - 10 reps
Decompression
Kneeling Spine Way - 60 seconds
Alternating Floor Scorpion - 4 each side
Pigeon Hold - 45 seconds each side
Standing Gunslingers - 10 reps

I did this workout (attempted to) about 5 months ago at the height of a miserable relationship and possibly some depression. Exercise has been my medicine this past few months. I just did it again with a 20kg kettlebell and absolutely smoked it! Thank you so much

Eric, Just a quick question on the Racked Waiter's Squat, did you add that movement as a variant to Goblet or single racked on shoulder squat? i like the variations and have not seen that particular movement. please keep us updated on different variations of exercises, never to old to learn something new. Peace Brother.

Great workout! I think you accidentally missed two sets in Workset 2, or maybe I spaced out (totally possible 😅), but I'm dead anyway!

You didn’t do the only two sets of dumbbell snatch & pushups. I paused and completed. No bad blood. Just confused lol 😂
Another nice juicy boy workout 🤠
Bought this for my youngest to develop basic form for single hand kettlebell work. kzread.infoUgkxtaDAl93XF8wxJhssTtjIFjzid82wglva It has a nice grip on it, just a little rough so it isn't slippery. I was doing a few rotator cuff exercises to test and worked well for those movements I'd been doing with a regular dumbbell. Cool thing you can do is hold it in your hand for door-knob turns to work the forearm and grip. Note: it's small, almost all handle, but that's what I expected given the weight. Smallest I've worked with before is 15lbs, so it was kind of funny to see the difference 10lbs makes.
