@@TomPetoTraining I liked the format - 2 times through instead of 3, the 40 minutes was a good time for me and I liked all of the exercises in this one - well except lunges - I hate lunges but they have to be done. Thanks again Tom! Noelle
I really like the style of this training, no screaming good job semi nude, decent motivating music and realistic descriptions/demonstrations of the exercises.
