In that case , keep your eyes open and just read the sentences coming on screen . Repeat without thoughts initially. The way we do rattafication in school . Once your mind gets diverted towards reading the lines , it will forget the other thoughts . Also before starting any affirmations, drink some water n then start . It gives calming effect
