At his peak, really the god of front court. Yes he was arrogant at times but extremely entertaining, skillful and complete player. From the K-serve, flick serves, ridiculous speed, defense, interception, drop shots and trick shots.
The best entertainer ever in badminton. Miss him 😁
5:08 Well, there's was a time of him being humble. I won't say his behavior is anything good for the sport, but his skill is certainly one of a kind and much delight for the spectators.

The world of badminton sure is more boring w/o him around. I got into badminton around when the minions were dominating, LD & LCW was still around despite being near the end of their career, and the rise of Momota was starting. Good times.

what a waste talent form indonesia coz how bad indonesia badminton asosiation (PBSI) cannot provide his talent.. really makes me angry..
Love him or loathe him, badminton is a poorer sport with him gone.

Apart from the couple's achievements, sometimes the guy was quite a jerk on court, or arrogant. Retirement is a good thing perhaps.
