No OS Installed means you deleted your Rom or Custom Rom to fix it you need a Stock Rom or Custom Rom depends on what file

This looked promising but my nord n10 Twrp will not let me mount the sd card or the otg, and the phone does not show up in windows,so I cannot do anything. And my version of twrp is unofficial so I needed to connect a usb mouse via adapter to even get to select options. adb and fastboot work. I have no idea how to even get this repaired. If you have any thoughts, please let me know. This all came about after I did a system upgrade to Oxygen 11.0.1, lost root, and reflashed twrp. Thanks for your work!

Thank you mate, absolutely freaked out when I realized i couldnt put my firmware files under internal stoage before reformatting the phone entirely! Luckily it had an SD card reader, phew!

Btw guys, if ur stuck in a bootloop in twrp, u have to do a factory reset in the twrp custom recovery

This is really great "How Tos" for us old people, who don't care for "Stock" .. nothing, unless it is "stock cars," but NO need no "stock phones!" Putting on new TWRP and than lineageOS 17 on Note 4! Hello I have note 8 pro. I put custom recovery. Then I rooted with the AA zip file and it was successful. But when I reboot the system, the phone can be turned on and it comes back to custom recovery. When I go to the reboot menu, there is no os written. I need apps installed on my phone

So what causes the "RED ERROR 7" . . . .while..... installing any custom ROM via TWRP? After wipping the 1. cache 2. dalvik cache .... this is what TWRP states....... "What should I wipe in TWRP? Hi, I was trying to install oreo through TWRP on my older HTC One M8 and I screwed up and put the wrong file in. Now I cant get my phone out of fastboot or connect to my PC via USB. costum rom was installed on my phone I deleted everything with trwp normally I should have installed a new rom file but I didn't now the htc logo is stuck, there is twrp unlocked but I can't access it the boot loader does not open, because there is no rom, it does not open normally, there is only htc logo and red warning, maybe I can open the security mode or something else thx you now

I think your the only man whos gonna save me i have a problem ive try lineage os on s6 edge android 10 then i dident love the rom i download a new one with android 12 i turn on twrp recovery mode i tryid to removing old rom 10 by wipeing data then i tryid to flash the phone with new one evrything is good to here i reboot the phone from recovery mode the phone keeps rebooting without stop i try to open again twrp recovery mode its crashes in teamwin logo after alot of trys they show me just black screen in twrp recovery mode pls help

you should flash the phone in odin mode with odin software and get it back to stock firmware then you can hack it again with twrp and flash a different rom. this will get it working again.

I deleted the ROM file and then booted my phone in twrp and then tried to reboot, the phone didn't start as I deleted the ROM file

Heya Rootjunky! I know it's a long shot that you'll see this; but if not maybe someone else could help. I'm trying to determine if accessing EDL mode on a Motorola might enable me to root a device or unlock a bootloader that would otherwise normally be unable to be unlocked (Verizon/moto one 5G Ace UW) OR, at least if blankflash might help me in assuring I wipe the phone from any malware/spyware currently on it. I can use LMSA all day long but it's pointless; after first boot there is a plethora of apps, especially Verizon bloat apps, that have exploited permissions or whatever and apps that are clearly not legitimate and no matter how many times I flash the firmware I cannot get an actual clean OS install. If I try using fastboot, I get a lot of header sparse errors when it gets to the super chunks. So I assume the same is happening with LMSA and I thought well maybe I could get into blankflash mode and run one of the blankflashes from lolinet, but would this prove to be a practical use of blankflash or is blankflash for something entirely different and if so, what? (In very basic terms more or less)

The blank flash files just restore the bootloader if it gets corrupted. basically it will bring back the bootloader and get it working again so that you can flash the firmware with fastboot or LMSA tool. The bloat apps you are talking about with that device are from the manufacturer and can not be removed unless you have root access to the device or back in the day you could flash the oem config file from a stock firmware and it would remove it. But this method has been locked for many years now. EDL mode is normally a MediaTec chip mode and you can do a lot from that mode but since you have a verizon devices I am pretty sure it is a qualcomm chipset and not mediatek. Basically unless you can unlock the bootloader with Motorolas official method then you are out of luck.

I have never heard of a ozip file. Just rename the file and see if it works

Maybe it's because I have my phone's ADB drivers installed, but I found that I can just plug in the computer I can read the device just fine without mounting it in twrp.

actually this is not the problem, i already used a sd card and flashed from that after flashing when i reboot it shows no os installed

I dont know what I'm doing wrong.. Every time I try to install a custom rom in twrp everything looks normal, it loads the custom rom but when it finishes, after the reboot I turn back to twrp screen and it says no OS loaded and I install the original stock rom again..

sounds like there is an incompatibility. you should head to XDA for support in the forums. on newer phones you have to be on the latest OEM ROM before flashing a custom ROM. Not all ROMS will work with all devices.

Where can I download OS for my phone for free? My device is Samsung A7 2018

What if i have 2 errors at the same time? (0mb Internal Storage and No OS Installed). I've tried lots of way but no improvements. I cannot flash any rom because 0mb Internal and wiping data partition is not working (it's just failed).

Just connect pc with phone through USB cable if it's not. Working or showing internal storage on pc just go to twrp recovery settings enable MTP now copy ROM to internal and flash it 🔥 Edit : i have same isssue 😭😭😭 i have to try a new rom downloading
