Idk what their plans is for this rereleasing old sets thing, but I hope theres always going to be 2 sets active, cause it would be nice to be able to switch between them

It's the for fun game mode for lunar new year, they called it 'Set Revival' and it has its own bag sizes where there are 50 of every unit or all costs instead of the more limited ones in set 10.

it wont be active side by side forever, its gonna be on live for 4 patches i think and then anothe rold set comes in like 4-6(?) months, you can look at the set roadmap for precise info

This set was just so good. Most enjoyment I've had from TFT so far.

This is so cool! This was my first and favorite set and I love seeing it again!

It's weird looking back cause my perception of these characters has changed. Not having any knowledge of them before tft, going into set 2 as my first and seeing the characters like that and this first it's now weird to think of characters like jayce as a space pirate especially after seeing arcane

Abc augment and darius is slightly broken I just oneshotted them for 2k when they were ABOVE 50%

When is that season coming out

This set just isn’t the same without mana printer Sona :/ Mostly kidding, excited to see it back, but Ngl will miss some of the dumb stuff that got changed.

Is it just nostalgia, or are old sets waaaaay more fun to play. (Not more balanced because balance≠fun)

Ohh man no Double Up :( I was looking forward to play this set again with my friend. To be honest, I don't think the problem is that it would split the player base too much. Imo Sets are getting, not boring but ..... kind of repetitive over the course of a couple of months. So for me it would be a nice refreshing thing to play the old set with my friend. I know I could play it alone but I enjoy it much more with a friend. This is just my opinion and I'm not trying to argue. It's just sad. I know me, and I know I won't play solo. And I know I won't play Set 10 until March. And that's the point. Again, I can only speak for myself but I'm probably gonna lose intrest in Set 10 soon and will wait for the next Set release to play it in Double Up. Much love to the Dev Team tho. They are doing great work and I'm excited to see whats coming up!

I know its not quite the smae but u know that you can play together in normals as well right? Also splitting the playerbase would absolutely be a problem, it will die down popularity wise in like 2-3 weeks, longer q times would make that 1-1,5

@@barnibobics6042 Yeah I know I can play normals, but Double Up is much more fun for me. I think longer q times won't be a problem at all. Almost always q time in Double Up is less than a second from my experience. I'd be perfectly fine waiting 2 minutes.

ok, I can understand that, but q time wise now the entire tft base wouldnt be divided into 4 parts, but 8, and guess which set is going to have a diminishing number of players adter 2 weeks, cuz ultimately set 3.5 is like normals-ranks dont matter, and people dont play ranked queues for fun mostly but for the rank@@2KNFreaks

I know it's tempting to only post firsts, but it makes me skip the whole video. If you find out more people than just me is doing it, you could fix it by posting few cool games that ended up 2nd or something. Like a nice close call. Would bring up some tension :D

revival set means old set with old settings, not old set with latest rolling system (I am talking about levels and each star hero odds). GG Riot making things worse and worse. How are we gonna hit something fun when this old set being brought back to let us experience nothing but boredom. LOL

The old set will have 50 of each cost champion in pool (50 of every 5 cost, 4 cost, etc.) People hit 3 star 4 costs almost every game. Different than the latest system.
