There are many secular characteristics in Buddhism, therefore many people confused of its distinctiveness. Essentially Buddhism qualify as a religion. Buddhist worship single God that is Lord Buddha and its religious philosophy.

​​@@MrManoranjanMallick Buddhists don't worship Buddha as a god. They show appreciation for the dhamma taught by him, but they don't worship him. He was just a man, not a god. I think Buddhism is more similar to something like Stoicism, which is a philosophy, not a religion.

Buddha was not a prophet shit..He was a teacher...He wasnt sent by any mythical crazy god who created different religions to make conflicts between human race..Lord Buddha was not any bloody crazu God's propet who created Satan for no reason to make trouble for human race and then ask people to pray for him to get rid of his own creation ..That bloody god is crazy...so Lord buddha was not that crazy sick bastard's prophet ...if u believe in islam thing its up to u and we dont care...U are christian and believe islam, and drag lord buddha to that bullshit ...so dont drag Buddhism or Buddha to ur sick thoughts .Pls..
