Tracy your nose is fine. You're beautiful already! I had a badly broken nose. My nose whistled when I ran. Surgery didn't change the bump and made it look worse, but I could breathe. Win for me. If someone doesn't like the way I look or the weird cartilage graft that looks like a worm on the side of my nose then they can bug off because I am fine and breathing fine.

I’ve had 40 years of plastic surgery & I swear it would be my life dream to see these doctors to possibly fix my severely botched face.. (2 tissue expander balloons, 1 fixed my scarred cheek but has had to be lifted 4 times since 1990 bc they expanded way too much skin under my right jaw!! The 2 was to remove previously skins grafted to my nose & right eye from arms & legs,,bc I looked like a very badly put together jigsaw puzzle. I wished I hadn’t trusted the surgeon who put the tissue ballon into my forehead bc he did replace all arm & leg skin but he first never told me how he planned to do that, or that I’d wake up looking like I’d had a fight with a train!!) so what started off as a 1/3 of my face hemangioma covering my right eye, half my nose & cheek at birth.. I’m now 52 years old & bc I’ve lost my hair due to long term anxiety each time I’m outdoors. My scars are way more visible than when I had hair, obv I knew I had them. But they go all around my right ear. From all around my nose,up & all around my right eye which is so thick with skin baking added, removed re-added etc over 40 years it’s unbelievable. The scars at the top of my nose is a semi circle & continues all the way up to half my scalp, like I’ve basically had my whole sliced open. Also I’ve broken scarring all along my hair line, which ofcourse is squint so when I did have hair my right hairline was half an inch lower than my left side.. I look like a complete freak.. (it’s not complimentary to say this about myself really but if u imagine an extra terrestrial but someone’s taken a scalpel to my face ear & head.. that’s an accurate image of how I now look) Way way back in 2000, just before my 30th birthday. I had nose surgery & to the shock of myself, family & the plastic surgeon who tried his best to fix my nose actually took the time to scan my face vie mri & was shocked & says no wonder you cannot breath properly bc my nose bone was under my forehead bone..So for the 1st time in my whole life I could see my nose had a nice profile & I can breath from both nostrils, however, I’ve still got the problem of the end of my nose where it’s pulled over towards the right side of my face with all the fat still left on it from skin grafts I had as a child. They’ve says they’re unable to remove all that fat at one time bc it holds blood vessels & the skin may die.. So now & the right nostril is a tiny little circle whereas my left is normal sized apart from the scar that splits it in half on the top part. I’ve had since the botched tissue balloon skin swap op in 1990. The middle between my nostrils is completely squished over to the right side,bc of the fat holding it there. At least when I play around with my nose with my fingers, usually when moisture g as all us women do I can feel Ive lost some fat on it by all these nose massages, I’ve still luckily got cartridge where I’ve noticed over the last good few years. I just always wished that I could find a surgeon who could cut around these opened & closed & reopened very deep scars esp this rediculous looking half moon at the top of my nose then it goes into a squiggly line until my hairline..(where it used to be before alopecia) then it’s a straight deep scar half the way up my head, like I’ve says above like someone’s cut my head open down the middle. The scars around my ear are all due to the cheek lifts I’ve had since the first new skin replacement in 1990.. 1 time I’d even woke up with staples behind my ear & my partner..(now RIP went nuts at the surgeon, bc he claimed he used a quick uncaring solution to closing my wound, rather than stitches) And I’d says to this surgeon, I’d thought prior to the surgery my cheek was going to be moved closer to my right side of nose & try to fix my tiny right nostril, but he says he didn’t have the expertise himself & nor did any of the other plastic surgeons attending during the surgery so they just pulled it towards my ear& basically cut & pulled towards my ear & then stapled behind it. It was all dimpled near my ear after the surgery which I eventually fixed myself again with moisturiser & massage.. (A trick I’d learned from 1 time after a surgery to help me to try & open & close my right eye by physio therapist..I still cannot close my right eye though, bc they cut off 1/2 my eyelid as a baby. Never thinking that in order to blink properly again they shouldve replaced it? Oh well.. Bc they thought the hemangioma I’d been born with which ulcerated at 10 days old & started off this nasty trip of a lifetime of painful surgeries, embarrassment/shame & self loathing over these years of unqualified plastic surgeons I feel have used me as a trading experiment for other surgeons to watch or even participate in.,I’ll never know bc for all of them I was unconscious!! 🤔✨ 💯 APOLOGISE FOR THIS HOT MESS OF A COMMENT & IT BEING SO LONG..🤯😬😬 IT JUST PISSES ME OFF SOMETIMES THAT NOWADAYS IF SOME1 COMPLAINS ABOUT A MINOR FACIAL DEFORMITY & IM IN SCOTLAND. WHERE WE HAVE THE WONDERFUL NHS.. (THEYVE SAVED MY LIFE A FEW TIMES & THAT OF BOTH MY MOTHER & DAUGHTER, SO I AINT COMPLAINING. 🙄 I JUST FEEL THEY NEEDED WAY BETTER TRAINING A VERY LONG TIME AGO ON FACIAL SURGERIES ESP!!) 🤔 AS I CANNOT WORK, JUST LEAVING THE HOUSE HAS BEEN A NIGHTMARE MOST OF MY SHITTY EXISTENCE!! IF MONEY WASNT A PROBLEM. IM SURE THERES SURGEONS ALL OVER THE WORLD WHO COULD’VE HAD ME FIXED BY NOW..THATS WHAT PISSES ME OFF!! 😡 ANY1 who bothered to read to the end, blessings of love positivity & gratitude to you all. 🎃 Twas just after Halloween I’ve watched this video, 2023.. 👍🏼🤩 Happy Christmas to all of you out there who did read this.. when it comes around in a few short weeks ✨🎉🎄🤔 It rlly wasn’t for sympathy, more hopefully for suggestions of where do I go from here if I’m still interested in trying again for more surgery. Would you trust the Uk NHS?? 🤔🤔 I’m rlly not sure I can. Maybe I’m too old now? 😬 Take care. Love from Scotland. Uk 🤍☮️🤩

I would say do deep investigation into the top plastic surgeons in great Britain or maybe even europe. It won't be cheap but you say money is not that big of a factor. Thing is, plastic surgery has come a very long way since back then. So any plastic surgeon now would do a way better job then what they could do back then. On top of that, in you had work done when your body whas still growing, that also has a big effect. Thing is, since there has already been a lot of "messing about" for lack of better terms with your head/face, that is really gonna effect what is possible/complicate things. So because so much has already been moved and stuff it is probably whise to have a expert in the field look at it. You probably specifically want a expert in reconstructive plastic surgery and/or Faisal plastic surgery. After all, what do you care if the doctor is an expert in bbls?😂

I think the moral of the story stay out of dog's face I see so many animals are disfiguring people and people need to know. to leave these animals alone treat them with respect but never get up in their face where they can severely damaged and disfigure your face or body is not worth.

I like her nose before the surgery. It had personality. It's interesting what makes people feel insecure.

The first guy looks so much like my partner, especially with the classic transmasc “I finally got this beard and I’m not cutting an inch off” leprechaun look 😂 My partner had a massive size change on his chest as well, it’s actually a little messy too, but he’s just too relieved to have the weight gone to care. I don’t care either, I’m just happy he’s no longer hiding himself.
