I loved the “believe “ sign and the Noel sign but the cross of have faith is my definite favorite because of the message of faith. We all need that these days. God bless you Kay.

I love the "have faith" cross, 2020 has been a very hard year. I have lost 3 siblings since August 13, (Brother Aug.13 - Sister Oct.14 - Sister Nov. 14) didn't expect anyone of them. But I have faith that God will comfort our hearts and bring peace to us through these difficult days ahead.

We all need to have faith. I get so overwhelmed at times. I miss hugging and kissing my kids and my grandkids. It makes me cry. I keep reminding myself that GOD is in control.

The cross, along with your words really touched me. We all need a little faith right now.

I choose the have faith cross. They are all very nice.

The have faith cross is just what we need in these challenging times. I have a special needs child and it has been particularly difficult on him. My faith is what pulls be through. I want to thank you for being a special needs teacher ❤️

Kat, I had to comment on your "have faith" cross. I am a retired Special Educator and I don't think I could do what you, my son, and so many others have had to do. My son is a Kindergarten. teacher and I hear the frustration with the virtual teaching but also needing to keep everyone safe, including the teaching staff! I am keeping my Faith strong and praying for relief in 2021.

I like the “believe” sign. We just all need to believe that things are going to get better.

We all need to have faith, especially with the virus. I work in a hospital and it has been real hard to have faith that all will get better 🙏. Thank you for your video!!

The simplest, but yet most meaningful DIY was your, ”have Faith cross.” working for school myself, is just the greatest idea to give to all my co-workers for Christmas. We all need the reminder.

I loved the believe sign. Also the message about “have faith” on the cross. I commend you for being a teacher for special needs kids. My oldest son is autistic, this pandemic has been a real hard pill for him to swallow. He’s in a class with a teacher and and educational assistant or EA as we call them here in Ontario, Canada 🇨🇦🙂 Without her as extra support he would not be able to be in a regular class. It takes a special person to work with someone with special needs. May God bless you for all that you do xx

Like the cross. We all need to be reminded of the greatest gift of life from God.

Kat, You made me cry at the cross. Your are such a "GEM". This year has been terribly hard on everyone. I have enjoyed you an all the crafters I follow. You all have tried to be so positive through this year, even though, you all are going through some of the things we are going through also. I had Covid 19 in July, and I thought I was going to die. I had to deal with it at home. Two ER visits. IV's and antibiotics and steroids and inhalers and nebulizer medications. Even had to go to the immediate clinic after I got to the recovery phase for another round of the Zpack and steroids. As a disabled/retired RN, I knew when things were getting bad. People don't need to wait long, or put off going to the ER, even if, they are young and in good health. This Covid attacks the body, especially, the lungs. Thankfully, my son and his girlfriend cared for me for 16 days of this and through the 2 months of recovery it took to recover from it. The Covid also triggered MRSA. I got from a serious illness I had in 2013, that almost caused my demise then, but with God and a team of 8 doctors and their knowledge He gave them I survived. I am being treated for MRSA at the moment. The doctor thinks the Covid 19 set off the MRSA off. Once you have MRSA, you are a carrier, but not contagious. I miss my husband. He died of a massive heart attack on June 07, 2018. My husband was there for me and my son and his family. He even was there for his crackhead brother. We would search for him at night for his parents. My husband helped the community in any way he could. Grew two gardens per season and gave content to widows and the community to them. I miss my mother in law. Who was just an awesome person and Godly. She thought of me as her daughter. We were so close. She passed away December 11, 2017. My son lost his best friend in a car accident on January 30, 2018. He stayed with us many times and was like a son. His family lived across the pasture and branch from us. They road their 4 wheelers back and forth to each other's houses. They had known each other since they were tater tots. He was 21 y/o. The all passed away in a six month period. Our lives have not been the same since. I am caring for my 82 year old father in law with the help of a sitting service. He finally agreed to that. I have tired to craft and I can't keep focused. I have bought up tons of crafting supplies hundreds of dollars worth, but the only thing I have made is a fall wreath. I think it is simple, but it is pretty. .

The cross is my favorite, that’s what everyone needs now FAITH!

Thank you for being a special Ed teacher. I have two brothers that have had a really had way to go in life due birth defects and they are kind and thanks to teachers like you they had a nicer time in school. Others kids can really make theirs lives harder so thank you for what you do. I loved the cross it is beautiful

Oh my, I was rewatching your video to recreate some of your crafts. I didn't see your bloopers until today. I just laughed and laughed! You are a special lady! A beautiful memory came back to me when you said you were special needs teacher. My Mom was one too many years ago! I loved working on her class after school. We lived across the street from our high school, so my Dad said bring the kids over to his shop and let's let them make bowling pin Lamps for their rooms at home. Oh my, these kids were beyond excited! We had the best time helping them. They were so proud of their accomplishments too. This was a time when you didn't need permission slips from parents you just asked the principal and he knew they were safe at our house. The parents were just amazed at their child's ability! They were so thankful too. I guess I'm sharing this beautiful memory with you to let you know you are so inspiring to the students and to those around you too. My Mom has Alzheimer's and can't remember this, but I do. Funny thing is...My Dad could never make anything with wood! This was his only wood project ever! I miss him every day. He made and could build anything you could imagine with metal. God puts people in your path for a reason. These students are blessed beyond measure to have you..God Bless you!

I do sensory stem (music therapy, water play, building conversational skills with nonverbal persons etc) with individuals with developmental disabilities! My position was not essential so unfortunately I’ve been laid off but, I commend you for your job and I can only imagine it’s been trying. My daughters have been out of school and I’ve cried a few times over the work we do daily. Your message was beautifully said and Amen to that💝 Change is extremely hard for me I have come to learn, but I remind myself daily (sometimes hourly of late) that change doesn’t always have to be for the worse. It’s the chaos and fear of the unknown that we go through that is to blame. I remind myself that if everything stayed the same our opportunities for growth would disappear. I loved the extra tips to make things easier. I love watching group collabs & I decided to use the challenge of leaving a comment for every participant to suggest inviting DIYs with Indira to the invite list. She's extremely talented and I think she needs to do collabs so she can experience how fun it could be.

I absolutely love all of the crafts but I have to say the easier/quicker crafts are always a favorite like the have faith cross ... it’s beautiful. I also teach students with special needs 👏🏾👏🏾. It is definitely hard on us all...and yes we will get through this... this too shall pass 😊

Aloha Kat I am just getting into crafting - more to spend quality time with my younger grandkids. I would have left the Believe sign without the craft string. That's how green I am at crafting.
