I actually liked it, but woul've preferred to have a shower there too. Imagine taking the kids out of the hot tub and straight to the shower without getting the house all wet

Agreed. This was bizarre! There is a mud room right next to it. I'm not sure what the architects were thinking. Maybe they were drinking too much and thought that driving traffic through the only bathroom on that floor would be a good idea. Otherwise fantastic landscaping and I love the exterior color and curb appeal.

The cloakroom/mudroom entrance is directly across the hall from the entry that will lead into the garage (took me too long to figure that one out). Still think the main floor bathroom is a compromise between a wet bath[room] for post-hot tub times and a main floor powder room.

Most likely NOT included. The builder/realty company hires decorators to "stage" a home with brand new furnishings to make the home look inviting to potential buyers.

Lovely home but kitchen is too small for the house
I wish it had a nice living room and a den/office to the right and left of the entrance and a formal dining room, a bigger kitchen besides the family room. Other than that it's beautiful.
