What sick judge on earth ever allowed this in the first place? That kid will not only live through the trauma of the murder of his mother and sister but forever be reminded that he testified against his own father. The US judicial system is cruel and unjust. I pray for that young child who was more courageous than his father could ever be, that he may have a blessed life and that our Lord God would protect him and anoint him and his new adopted family. Putting someone away in maximum jail and keeping him in for 23hrs 30mins is the same thing as death. There are cases when people just have to be put away because that is the right thing to do. The US still has the death sentence in some cases and in different states. Just that the companies producing some of the chemicals don't do so any more. People must have been able to see that there was something fundamentally wrong with them BEFORE they committed these horrible crimes, but what could they do? Who do we call, where do we turn, when we see this potential in someone we know?

I know full well that this is going to be deleted. In my ethnic homeland every one of these 'things' would've been taken to a ditch and shot as soon as the trail ended. You Americans are so incredibly unconscious and weak. I've canvased many of these cases, and in every one of them there were major red flags as they were growing up. Did anyone do anything? Maybe some Christians prayed for them. Maybe some state worker had a talk with them. Maybe...maybe...maybe, and then....innocents get slaughtered over and over and over again....Your judicial system is a pathetic joke.

No one, you can't prevent a crime, you can only punish it within the boundaries of legal system, you are free to literally do whatever you want, including robbing, murderer, rap*, you have to deal with The consequences as they did. But prevent it? You can't, life is not fair and people die that's all we can say.
