Throws coach out here in Idaho...my 7th grade son has been rotating for a couple years...incorporating this into training and he immediately went from 29-30 feet to 33+ in the cold rain. I've just opened with a 13.05 meter glide. What can I expect once I fully learn the spin? (HS junior. Learning the spin due to knee injury)

What about the opposites of these? For example left comes around and plants too early
