Hi, Ms. Madhulika! Your recipes are amazing. Thank you for sharing the magic of your hands with us. It's my wedding anniversary today and I cooked these as my husband loves chhole bhature and he couldn't eat them due to the lockdown. This came out far better than the market ones. Super soft bhature, amazingly yummy chhole even without using the chhole masala which I always do. I still can't believe. Pet bhar gaya par mann nahi. Shared this recipe with my mom too. भटूरे के अंदर थोड़ी सी काली मिर्च पाउडर डालकर उसे मिलाने से भटूरे एकदम पतला मिलेगा और भटूरे पर पानी लगाकर और फिर से तेल में डाला जाए तो मथुरा बहुत ही गोल और पतला बनकर तैयार होता है
