ಮಸಾಲ ದೋಸೆ ಮಾಡಲು ಬೇಕಾದ ಪದಾರ್ಥಗಳು :
masala dosa batter ingredients :
ದೋಸೆ ಅಕ್ಕಿ 1ಕಪ್ - dosa rice 1 cup
ಕುಸುಬಲಕ್ಕಿ ಕಾಲು ಕಪ್ - Parboiled Rice 1/4 cup
ಅಕ್ಕಿ ಹಿಟ್ಟು ಒಂದೂವರೆ ಕಪ್ ನಷ್ಟು - rice flour 1-1/2 cup
ಉದ್ದಿನಬೇಳೆ ಕಾಲು ಕಪ್ - urad dal 1/4 cup
ಮೈದಾ ಹಿಟ್ಟು 2 ಟೇಬಲ್ ಸ್ಪೂನ್ - all purpose flour 2 tbsp
ಚಿರೋಟಿ ರವೆ ಎರಡು ಟೇಬಲ್ ಸ್ಪೂನ್ - chiroti rava 2 Tbsp
ಕಡ್ಲೆಬೇಳೆ ಒಂದು ಟೇಬಲ್ ಸ್ಪೂನ್ - chana dal 1 Tbsp
ಮೆಂತ್ಯಕಾಳು ಒಂದು ಟೀ ಸ್ಪೂನ್ - fenugreek seeds 1 tsp
ಸಕ್ಕರೆ 1 ಟೀಸ್ಪೂನ್ - sugar 1 tsp
ತಿಂಡಿ ಸೋಡಾ ಚಿಟಿಕೆಯಷ್ಟು - Pinch of cooking soda
ರುಚಿಗೆ ತಕ್ಕಷ್ಟು ಉಪ್ಪು - salt to taste
ಹುರಿಗಡ್ಲೆ ಹಾಗೂ ಕಾಯಿ ಚಟ್ನಿ ಮಾಡಲು ಬೇಕಾದ ಪದಾರ್ಥಗಳು :
ಹುರಿಗಡಲೆ 5 ರಿಂದ 6 ಟೇಬಲ್ಸ್ಪೂನ್ - fried grams 5 to 6 Tbsp
ತೆಂಗಿನಕಾಯಿತುರಿ 5 ರಿಂದ 6 ಟೇಬಲ್ಸ್ಪೂನ್ - grated coconut 5 to 6 Tbsp
ಬೆಳ್ಳುಳ್ಳಿ 4 ಎಸಳು - garlic cloves 4
ಶುಂಠಿ ಕಾಲು ಇಂಚಿನಷ್ಟು - Ginger quarter inch
ಹುಣಸೆಹಣ್ಣು ಒಂದುಚೂರು - tamarind little
ಹಸಿಮೆಣಸಿನಕಾಯಿ 4 - green chilli 4
ಪುದಿನ ಸೊಪ್ಪು ಸ್ವಲ್ಪ - mint leaves little
ಕೊತ್ತಂಬರಿ ಸೊಪ್ಪು ಸ್ವಲ್ಪ - coriander leaves little
ಸಕ್ಕರೆ ಸ್ವಲ್ಪ - sugar little
ಉಪ್ಪು ರುಚಿಗೆ ತಕ್ಕಷ್ಟು ಸ್ವಲ್ಪ - salt to taste
ನೀರು 120ml - water 120 ml
ಚಟ್ನಿ ಒಗ್ಗರಣೆಗೆ :
tadka for chutney
ಸ್ವಲ್ಪ ಎಣ್ಣೆ - oil little
ಸ್ವಲ್ಪ ಸಾಸಿವೆ - mustard seeds little
ಸ್ವಲ್ಪ ಕರಿಬೇವಿನ ಸೊಪ್ಪು - curry leaves little
ಆಲುಗೆಡ್ಡೆ ಪಲ್ಯ ಮಾಡಲು ಬೇಕಾದ ಪದಾರ್ಥಗಳು :

ಬೇಯಿಸಿದ ಆಲೂಗಡ್ಡೆ 4 - boiled potatos 4

ಕತ್ತರಿಸಿದ ಈರುಳ್ಳಿ 4 - chopped onion 4
ರುಚಿಗೆ ತಕ್ಕಷ್ಟು ಉಪ್ಪು - salt to taste
ಸ್ವಲ್ಪ ಅರಿಶಿಣದ ಪುಡಿ - turmeric powder little
