I missed a little bit of this but what I did see WOW GOLLY WHOPPERS! 👊 On the subject of being poor or destitute, I’ve been blessed that I didn’t have to file for bankruptcy when I had to stop working. God always provided. Learned a lot of lessons. I do not think you show items that are extravagant for kayak fishing. You rant all you need to. Most of us agree with you. Great video!

Justin , I've seen several fishermen hook their cut bait chunks through the belly because they say that the belly skin is the toughest skin on the fish plus you have more hook exposed for a better hook set just saying. Good fishing to you.

I have a bunch of rod and reel combos that were under $30 each, so what, I catch more fish on them then I do on the couple expensive setups I have. Plus I’m not afraid that I’m going to bust an expensive rod tip. I’ve used the knowledge I gained from your videos and applied it to Lake Seminole on the Florida Georgia border and was able to look at the charts and put us on catfish the first time we fished there. There is no need to take someone else’s spot when you can easily find your own.

You must have some really good fishing back there. I live in Arizona, and if I could go out one day and catch half of the size and the amount of catfish that you catch. I would be thrilled. Don’t let them give you a hard time you don’t deserve it.😊

When the fish hit, I set the hook, and my rope came off the tree branch. It was 20lb blue cat and it dragged me back and forth across the creek 3 times before I got it landed. That was a hoot!

Easy ice solution: I fill soda bottles with water and throw them in the freezer. They thaw slow and don't fill you cooler with water. When you get home, just put them back in the freezer to re-use. No mess solution and saves water too.

If you are fishing in current, you can put out a drift sock. Thats about the only thing I know that will help with the back and forth sway

As an Alabama boy living in New Zealand, the exposure to the sun's harmful rays have nothing to do with temperature. New Zealand has very harsh rays based on lack of ozone and you can definitely feel the difference on your skin despite it being nowhere near as hot as AL.

I have had your videos playing while I've been fishing and had a few come unhooked. I was starting to think you were bringing me some bad luck, but I just caught a big ole 24.5 inch largemouth.

When you snag on your anchor, tie a swivel on the end after you cut off your line, that way you save your sinker.
