Thanks for the recipe! Perhaps, even the experts would like this recipe but somewhat challenging, for the novice or those trying to adjust to the climate change and lockdown inconveniences. It's difficult to stock up so many ingredients like oats, simply because some items could spoil. Hope some items could be optional or skipped. Otherwise a nice video!

A small suggestion...you could wash the lentils and rice and then soak them. This way, you would not lose the rich proteins :)

All lentils ,pulses and seeds have phytic acid which is not good for digestion. It causes bloating and acidity. So,it is better to soak drain the water and then use fresh water to grind. Pls check on internet or with any nutritionist to confirm what I say.
