I love playing with peerless and Avila watercolor papers.
What a great idea adding the strip of black paper for swatching! Thanks for taking the time to show us these watercolors.

Super handy to see them on both colors of paper!
I have tried them all. They are all so fun to work with and have specific best uses.
I love brusho’s all the different pigments in one pot. I love it for 😮backgrounds. I have seen art where the artist painted with water, then added color, let dry, then paint another part. Beautiful.

I totally agree! Each “color” has a mix of pigments which really come to life with water. 😃
Great to see the specialty watercolours Rebekah. Thanks! I have one sample of the peerless watercolour that someone sent me as a gift and it is amazing!

Really handy to have Peerless for travel and they are so neat too!
Thanks for reminding me about all the watercolors. I have most of these that you showed and haven't played with them in a long time. I think it's time to get them out and play.

Yes! Have a few fun creative play sessions. 🎉❤️
The button on the Tim Holtz sprayer is an off and on switch. When on, a full spray is the fine mist, a partial squeeze gets larger droplets.

That is right. Tim has explained it as a full and part spray toggle.
Wonderful idea for the Peerless. I've had these for years and just have them all stacked together. Love this idea. I might make one in a smaller size. For something special, you can pick up a Granulating Medium by Winsor Newton to use with regular watercolor. Then again, you probably already are aware of it since you and your family are well versed in the arts. Brushos are fun to play with. I use a thumb tack (the ones that have like a handle on them-I know there's a name for them but can't remember right now) just one in the center. I remove the tack and it allows me to shake out just a touch and I don't get tons at one time. I see you were able to get some very tiny holes. I was concerned about putting too many tiny holes in the top.

I have considered doing a video just on watercolor mediums. I used a very small pin and put four holes in each lid which seems about right.
Thank you! I have a terrible time with watercolor - I always get too much water.

Perhaps try using a brush that is smaller so it can hold less water. 😃
