My baby is 3 years n 2 months by age he only says words n not not making sentences, n when I talk to him he sometimes don't even bother that I'm calling him, but when I repeat , n somehow I'm aggressive then he response , here in Pakistan schooling start from 2 n half years n I'm very worried that even he didn't tell me about poop n pee.

@@SpeechTherapyTotos He says around 2 words. There’s “mam-mam” for eating and “Da” for light, tree and dad. He used to say “Ma” for Mama for a few days then, stopped. Is this considered 2 words?

I don’t think I talk enough. She hasn’t had many play dates or interactions with children her age. From birth to about 1, my mom kept her for me to work; however, my mom is deaf. I doubt my mom talked a lot to her. I’m so confused.

Hello Pamela, overexposure to screens and under-stimulation is the number 1 cause of speech delay in toddlers. How much screen-time a day are your twin boys exposed to? You might benefit from watching this video on my channel- kzread.info/dash/bejne/h4GXq86KeLS2qLw.html. You might need to limit your son's exposure to screens. Children below 2 years should not be exposed to screens at all (TV, laptops, smart-phones). Children above 2 years should only be allowed an hour of screen-time a day.
