Hello Alexander! As far as I know, PRI treats visual impairment and its effect on muscles! Is eye disorder always associated with impaired binocular vision, or does it happen that binocular vision is normal, but still the brain does not read the periphery well? I checked the vision of the right and left eyes. Right 120%, left 150%, can this mean that the left eye is stuck in the "forward" focus and does not read the periphery!? I would be grateful if you answer!

Hi! Thanks a lot for these exercises! I’m an ultra runner and have noticed that my right hip is higher than the left. Also my right shoulder is a lot lower than the left. I have almost no internal rotation on my left leg and been having some right adductor pain. Now since a little while I have it band pain on the right knee. Do you think this could be because of the higher right hip that is pulling on the tfl making the it band to tight? Thank you for thinking with me 👍🏼👍🏼

this is the first time I have seen your videos. I have been researching PRI for the last 2 months, and have been trying to understand my left AIC pattern in order to correct lateral pelvic tilt and rib flare. I have tried quite a few exercises and have not noticed much change, but I wanted to let you know that the very first exercise has already had a profound affect. while maintaining the left side compression and planting the right heel to the wall, I felt a few gentle pops in the hip/tailbone area. as I introduced breathing those pops continued in the hip and lower spine! I felt instant relief. amazing. I will be trying all your exercises, thank you 🙏🏻

Hello. I dealt with foot injuries for about a year. Then i noticed that my left leg was turned out and i strugfle to get back leg extension and push off my left foot and i now roll off my big toe. Also, my back is arched. Is this lateral pelvic tilt or left aic pattern? Or are rhey the same thing. Also i get now lower back pain . I can hardky walk because of strufflinf to push off my foot because it feels like mynleft hips and glute muscles dont engage since my left leg is turned outward (eternally rotated)

I fell off a horse and cracked my tailbone really hard when I was a teenager. I never went to the doctor however it hurt for a good amount of time. Years later while lifting something with the side of my body , I heard something snap but it wasn't my my spine ...so I've suffered ever since with this unknown pain and condition and now I have plantar fasciitis on my right foot. All these years I have been a fitness trainer at the gym. I'm 63 years old and still train fitness at the gym. It doesn't stop me from doing things it's just sort of a constant pain sometimes worse sometimes less . The plantar fasciitis is preventing me from doing any real jumping.

Hi Alex, I recently had an L4-L5 microdiscectomy surgery, and have since developed lateral pelvic tilt. I can’t say for certain that it wasn’t present before the surgery but it does feel like it’s appeared after. I’ve also been having a lot of lower back pain which seems like it’s in coordination with the tilt. Is it unusual that this tilt would appear after a spine surgery? I would assume it would be present prior and then go away after but for me it has been the opposite. Could the tilt be a sign of re-injury? Any advice would be appreciated! Thanks

It's very typical to develop a lateral pelvic tilt (protective Left AIC pattern), especially if the surgeon damaged some facet joints, or if you had a recurrence of disc herniation after surgery.

Complex issues require a complex approach. Postural restoration is not a straightforward mothodology, just like any other branch of medicine.

Hello. It's unfortunate you haven't learned about the neurology behind lateral pelvic tilt, a common issue many don't understand. Before trying any exercises, it's vital to be educated on the topic. The exercises aim to deactivate the LEFT AIC pattern and align the pelvis. For more insights, check out my other videos. The PRI method may be complex, but it can address issues that other methods can't.
