Using the bevel cut plastic straw to remove glue squeeze-out from the inside corner is genius. Thanks for this and all the other wood joint techniques. A shout out to you from Houston, Texas via Little Rock, Arkansas.

A miter joint is actually much stronger than this. Just KZread search strongest wood joints, and you'll find out, so this joint is actually inferior.
