Hello foodies welcome to veg food manual.Today we have come up with 4 easy recipes that can be made with cucumbers.We hope you all will enjoy this recipe.
Recipe1:Sautekayi muddipalya
Cucumbers-4
grated coconut-2 tbsp
jeera-1 tsp
hing-1/4th tsp
methi seeds-10 nos
green chilli-4
coriander leaves
oil-2 tsp
mustard seeds-1 tsp
peanuts-1 tbsp
chana dal-1 tsp
hing-1/2 tsp
haldi-1/2 tsp
salt to taste
besan-2 tsp
waer -2 cups
tamarind extract-1/4th cup
Recipe 2:Sautekayi Uppinakayi
cucumbers:2
Oil-1 tsp
salt-to taste
hing-3/4th tsp
haldi-1/2 tsp
chilli powder-4 tsp
juice of 1 whole lemon
for tempering
2 tsp oil
mustard seeds-1 tsp
hing-1/4th tsp
haldi-1/4th tsp
curry leaves
some water to adjust consisitency.
Reccipe3:Sautekayi Palade:
Oil-2 tsp
Mustard seeds & cumin seeds-1 tsp
hing-1/4th tsp
curry leaves
cucumber-2 medium sized
for coconut paste
grated fresh coconut-2 tbsp
chilli-4 spicy
salt to taste
ginger 1 inch
mustard seeds-1 tsp
coriander leaves
water as required to make paste
For besan batter
buttermilk-1 cup
turmericpowder-1 tsp
besan/kadlehittu-1.5 tsp
water 2 cups
Recipe 4:Sautekayi Vaddmurka
1 cup soaked chanadal/split chickpeas/kadlibele
lot of green chillies that are spicy
1 cup thick curd
1/2 cup tamarind extract
salt to taste
1 cup grated coconut
coriander leaves
For seasoning:
2 tsp Oil
1/2 tsp mustard seeds
1/2 tsp cumin seeds
1/4th tsp hing
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
curry leaves
red chilli
