It's called korean Gochujang = fermented korean red chili paste It's called Doenjang = korean fermented soybean paste It's called samgyupsal = pork belly 🖖🇰🇷from 🇺🇸🎎to 🇰🇷🤙🙋‍♂️

I tried the second recipe and it was soooooooo good 🤧 I just didn’t put cabbage because I’m not a fan of it but I still loved it

I ate this often in Korea for 10 years. But my favorite pork dish was pig knuckle, which is eaten in a similar way. I love It. Oh, but then the dumpling soup, and ox tail soup, and tofu soup and kimchi soup, and babimbap, and ..... . sorry, I'm off to Korea!

I made a Japanese Mille-Feuille Nabe with my pork belly and the flavor was a bit boring. Wanting to rescue it, I searched for Korean pork belly and found this. Very glad I did! I'll definitely be able to rescue it this way. Great video and I love the jokes. Cheers!

Miso pastes are quite mild compared to Korean soy bean paste so it won't be enough to flavour the pork :(

Haha Korean chili flakes and paste look real spicy but they are actually quite mild. It adds different layers of flavour 😀

Yes I am! Make sure to cook it in skin side down first so it can crispen up 😊. Some people prefer it without the skin though
