That's been dramatized I think. He said he's not paid to mentor new QB's, but that doesn't mean he ignored Rodgers or hated him. During games they seemed to communicate fine. I think Rodgers also sometimes exaggerates it too as sort of a way to keep that "no one believed in me" chip on his shoulder.
@gretchenortner

@@darshloaf I recently read a book about Favre called "The Remarkable, Improbable, Iconic Life of Brett Favre: Gunslinger" by Jeff Pearlman. Jeff Pearlman interviewed everybody he could so he could get every aspect of Favre's life that he could. One of those aspects was his relationship with Rodgers. And oh my gosh, the stories from their teammates and coaches about how they interacted with each other... I can tell you; every thing you have heard of Rodgers being arrogant and stuck up in the beginning and Farve making Rodgers' life as miserable as possible, that's not exaggeration. All those stories are true. But now Rodgers says they have made up and are apparently "texting buddies" lol

SamBostik He was just talking about one of his teammates' momma's house. The reference to the Crimson Tide refers to the game he won in college against Alabama, I guess.

Yeah. Some oxygen canisters exploded inflight. They weren't supposed to be there. The plane crashed into the swamp and basically disappeared. They barely found any wreckage.
“ I got some cheeseburgers at half dude, I got ‘em in my locker, I’m gonna grab ‘em!”
I swear I don't think a person on this planet had more fun playing football than this man here. No wonder he has 296 consecutive starts. Having too much fun.

Brett Favre and Randy Moss playing together in the late 90s would’ve been some GOAT stuff
lol dude is funny as fuck
he reminds me of Will Ferrell from Talladega Nights
Brett has the gift of gab, he takes "bull~shittin" to a new level! Gotta love it!!
As a Seahawks fan. Thank you,Favre for beating Seattle TWICE in the post-season. Ahmad Green and Favre killed my team (Seahawks) in the snow game pt 2. I only felt victorious twice when Seattle beat Favre. Once in '06 in the snow game pt 1 at Qwest when Alexander rushed for over 200 yds with 50 carries and when Seattle beat Favre and the Jets in '08. But,overall ... Favre bests Seattle. 😓. Hopefully,you Packers fans love Michael as your running back. Lol.
Dude cracks me up. One of the greatest of all time. Much respect
My childhood hero 😁 i come back to this video every once in a while to leave a comment lol didn’t care for GB(Falcons fan) but couldn’t hate Favre and what he did for the game 👌🏾💯💯
This is the reason why Aaron Rodgers is good, he sat back and learned from Favre, same with Bledsoe and Brady, they need to stop drafting these young QB's and throwing them right in.

Wrong. Aaron Rodgers was great without anything to do with Favre. What makes a player great is a constant desire to be the best and practicing and training as much as possible. Aaron Rodgers was the way he was in the NFL while in college. Rodgers is extremely intelligent, has a photographic memory, is a precision passer, and is great at making the defensive line to commit false starts to get free plays. Favre wanted nothing to do with Rodgers as Favre stated many times it's not his job to babysit his replacement. Aaron Rodgers was expected to be the #1 pick in the NFL Draft, but the 49ers took Alex Smith at #1 instead. There is a reason that Aaron Rodgers was projected to be the #1 pick in the NFL Draft.

@@michaelhuebner6843 That's why Packers Coaches Completely changed the way he throws the ball when he was drafted and sat behind Favre for 3 years. And Rodgers was benched in college for Playing like trash. Rodgers admits he learned a Ton from Brett Favre on how to be a Succeful NFL QB. Nice try tho.
