@@kengolby5857 these are concept videos or CAD type drawings not actual house plans. I have a shed turned studio spare bedroom. It doesn’t need or require “permitted” plans. Open up your mind rather than getting on your high horse.

Love tiny home. Nicely arranged. Good to include a terrace for summer nights and Christmas tree in Decembe! So nice to see a home without a TV. They're always so huge and dominant. I will add that I like the clear defined zones, it feels spacious and not at all claustrophobic like many tiny homes do!👌👌

Super cute. Would like to see closed risers with built in cabinets under stairs. It would be an easy upgrade.

Вот только вещи в этом домике негде хранить.Сапоги зимние,одежду сезонную, В шкафпенал или посуда иди продукты.Или покупать по минимуму или готовить не любить.Но тогда зачем такая варочная поверхность большая.Посуточно для южного региона нормльно.Сама живу в минидомике,пока строительство идет.Но у меня целая бытовка как склад и подвал.

Lovely! I liked that little slice of sunshine on the bed. The nice open railing on the loft that made it feel so open and spacious. Lots of uses for that front deck. Beautiful little home.
