Looks amazing and very smooth! Question: Is 5k anamorphic REWIRE MODE = 5k FRTP?? Your resolution is a little different than when I shoot in FRTP 5k... the closest I get is shooting in 5k anamorphic FLV.

Thank you. I think you're right: the 5K rewire mode was renamed to FRTP. For stability reasons resolution was reduced to 1440x1836, when selecting 2.35:1.

Spectacular clarity. Some day I hope to own some decent glass and a speedbooster.

kann es sein, dass das Objektiv Schwierigkeiten hat, weit entfernte Objekte scharf zu stellen? Ich besitze die gleiche Linse und bin von der Schärfeleistung etwas enttäuscht.. Oder liegt es an meinem Modell?

Das Problem ist bekannt, liegt jedoch nicht am Objekt. Schuld ist meist der Adapter, der dann ein paar Zehntel zu dick ist und dann ähnlich wie ein Makroring wirkt. Der einzige mir bekannte Adapter der dieses Problem nicht hat (welchen ich auch habe) ist leider nicht mehr auf dem Markt erhältlich: er war von BerlinOptix - der ist ca. nur halb so dick wie die ganzen ebay Adapter.

This is it. I'm selling a few of my oldies just to get this decent glass. I'm willing to fork out $ for this gem and definitely will get a speedbooster. I just don't know which brand to go with yet.

I can absolutelly recommend this lens. Produced around 40 years ago in the GDR, only a few kilometers from here. Haha. The Viltrox is not bad, but fully open you'll get a swirly bokeh. The Metabones should be better here, but at enormous extra costs. For PB-EOS I recommend the Berlin-Optix, because it is the only adapter I found which allows focussing to infinity.

24 fps 48th shutter? glide cam or gimbal? This is really amazing. Good choice of music too.

Thank you! It was recorded at 23.98fps and 1/47.944s (via fine tuning). Yes, it was filmed using a very easy manual slider.

Haha, thanks. The weather was sunny, but under the trees in the valleys there was much shadow.

@@MaSc I was hoping you'd say it was cloudy so that it would inspire me to shoot something in the cloudy UK weather. But never mind 😂 EOS M comes tomorrow -I'll definitely videotape something, no matter the weather. Theres a lot of beautiful mushrooms everywhere.
