I'm watching this on May 21, 2024, I honestly was going to pass this video bcuz I have seen videos like this before. However, I started a new job, and honestly, I was second-guessing my decision. But the job I was at, I was there for 3 years waiting for a position that was promised to me, but they never followed through. When I came across this new job, they promised me they would give me the position I want with the hours I want, and the pay is even better. However, the hours so far are low bcuz I am training, I was getting nervous bcuz of this. But this reminded me why I made this change and how much it will empower me. I also have been thinking about other things I was to do e.i writing a book ect.... this reminded me that I do deserve better, and I made the right decision
