THIS is the tiny home I want!

I would get rid of a lot of those windows and make a lot more space use that's being wasted by them. A lot of shelf space is being missed.

Some people are claustrophobic. I'm not. Give me lots of bookshelves, etc. Put in a little attic fan and you wouldn't need ac anywhere on earth much. Plus if possible I'd add an 8' deep covered porch on all 4 sides of the house. Give that bedroom ONE door and a much smaller window to the side.

I really love this Tiny House. It has everything you need or want. Everything is sized just right.❤

This is a nice tiny. The layout is such that the living area gives plenty of space for moving around. It is attractive, has everything I’d need to meet my needs. I like it! Thanks.

Will depend on construction. It can be made very resistant, to fire also with a metal roof. But if you want the sturdiest basic design possible, you need to look at a dome home, preferably made with reinforced concrete. Even though I live smack dab in the middle of Tornado Alley, though, I'm lucky bc TinyTown sits on a bluff 850' above sea level. Tornadoes rush straight at us across the plains, but veer off when they hit the steep bluff. Also it's the poor souls below who get flooded, partly by the water my little town sheds. Nobody could pay me to live in the lowlands.

At present in retirement I enjoy a 2200 sq ft Victorian built in 1880 according to Zillow, and it's crammed to the gills with furniture from my grandparents and gg's. So it's stood the test of time for almost a century and a half and will probably outlast me. But I lurk tiny house channels to reassure myself that if total disaster struck, the bare minimum insurance I can afford would be enough to keep me out of an apartment or FEMA trailer. I'm not about to pay some greedy bloodsucking landlord rent. Might as well light a match to your $ if you do that.

I love it sooo cute the yard except one thing it needs a loft or a bedroom up stairs besides that it's perfect

That's what I always think. But these designers don't listen to us, do they? Good place for curtains or better yet, a soundproof non-loadbearing wall.

Muy bonito pero esta fuera de escala. En el cuarto por ejemplo el ancho no puede ser de 3 metros porque la cama debe medir 2metros el closet 0.60m y las puertas 0.60m y 0.10m para que no choque con la cama por lo tanto el cuarto debe medir 3.30m, sino la cama debe estar en otra posicion
