3x Traxxas summit skatepark jumping
3x Stock Traxxas Summit with 8.4v NiMh batteries, Traxxas 3000mah, and Team Orion 4500mah. We got the cars under a week ago, so we have not had so much practice yet. I have to say that the Summit by far exeeded my expectations, it is very powerful and have good acceleration. Nice running time too with 4500mah batteries. The only thing that did break was the carrying handle that the bumpers are attached to, when the car hit the ground from great higths with the bumpers first:-) We did adjust the springs stiffer for this event to get some extra clearance. @SIMPLEPLANROCKS22 It's easy, just lock both diffs from the remote, turn the wheels and floor it. It does the same on gravel too.

@stephenjray1988 Hey, if you run two in paralell you will get twice the mah. and aproximatley double runtime.
@mrtraxxasman1 We have the same batteries, so eighter the original traxxas batteries or team orion 4500mah. All NiMh.
Are all of them stock?

I woldn't buy batteries with that low mah if that's what you are thinking of. You can use them, but they have to be recharged very often.
is that high or low gear?
you should tighten the shocks its better for the car. then it wont be bottoming out 3 inches off the ground
how long does the battery last?

Summits are about 550
I got me a cheapie chinese hsp destroyer truck brushless want to upgrade from stock batteries but not to lipo, so i will get decent run times with 8.4v 5000mah?
with my 4500mah batteries I can drive for aprox 45-60 minutes. Depending on the driving style and temperature.
@02ole i have never got that many minutes out of any vehicle besides my ax10 with a 4500 but i guess it possible if you had a vehicle that ran one battery if you ran 2 in parallel would it help any with run time? thanks

the rustler is indeed faster but that doesnt mean its better, i have a rustler its sweet, but the summit looks tits
hmm nice vid i got a torche pro maybe u know the car anyways it goes 75 km/h with 1800Mah 7.2v batteries hmm this car costs about 500 euro here and my car did cost 220 euro's i mean i have my car for ever 2 years now and bashing every weekend in the woods, what i mean to say is do u just pay the high price cus of the name "Traxxas" idk man p.s mine does have lights ::P true that
