    Great job on the video. Watching your videos brings back memories of all the work I've done to my truck. FYI, I have installed ARP studs on many engines I have built over the years and have never had to re-torque them after the initial torque sequence was completed. I always follow ARP's recommended installation since they are the experts for their fasteners.

    Just picked up 2009 g56 crew cab 4x4 with 13k miles. First thing I'm doing is delete, head studs, and coolant bypass.

    NOOOOOOO, first thing you need to do is the Clutch. You'll fry the dual mass in no time with the deletes alone!!!!!.

    Cam what hp injectors. did you go with. i"m would like to use a 90 hp DDE injector on my 2008 6.7 cummins 10mm CP3. that will support around 750 Hp.let me know what you think. Thanks have a good.and keep up the good work.

    With a 10mm cp3, I would go with 120hp injectors. That setup with the right turbo and some good tuning u should see 750 np

    Still holding up? I want to stud mine and I know everybody does them 1 for 1 and they don’t have problems. My buddies are all crying I need to pull the head have it machined and set a new gasket in while I do the studs.

    I did a command + F on your comments and didn't see if you did a re-torque after a heat cycle. Did you need to do that? How have your heads held up since your install?

    Never had a issue, didn't do a heat torque instructions did not call for it. I just followed the instructions.

    thats what the hood insulation is for.... Dodge put the hood insulation on with plastic push pins so when there is a engine fire the plastic pins melt the hood liner drops on engine and smothers fire... Everyone think the hood insulation is for sound and heat... On the contrary...

    saying that i ripped all my fire wall and hood insulation and installed sound deadener material with closed cell foam over it.. helps with sound a lot just be careful not to make the hood to heavy it will piss off hood struts..

    I did the ARP 625s. Not 100% sure how much of a difference that makes with the studs. If you know let me know hahahaha!!!

    Apparently 625s have a higher tensile strength so they can hold better at high ass hp. Lol that's as much as I know

    @@EVERYTHANGDIESEL I have been running 425 studs for 2 years now no problem at all, I heard some mechanic say that 625 studs are made to reuse over and over, I think 425 studs are only two-time use I'm not planning on replacing heads like race trucks do all the time so we'll be okay .

    Yeah I've heard same for 425s and yeah I believe they are one time use studs. 625s can be used multiple times.

    Thanks for the information. I was told if I hit that 700-800hp the 625s is the way to go. So I went that way. I want to hit close to 800ish hopefully here next spring. Saving up for a nice twin set up and duel CP3s
