Please check under assign render tab have you selected vray version as an assign render settings. If not then select from the dropdown list....if incase this settings are not available under common tab under assign render dropdown list then also, check if your vray license is installed properly or not...then you can solve this problem after installing the vray license properly. ( 3D CREATIVES )
