A constrictor knot is a fantastic way to tie these off. It is a type of knot that can only tighten (hence the name), so you don't need to wrap it around 10 times, you can just tie this one knot and its super strong. Alternatively, the wrap and tuck method with rubber bands is great too.
The way everything came together was extremely satisfying, great work Chris!👊🏼

Dude. I LOVE this idea.
Great Project! THANK YOU!
Printing one tonight!!! Thanks, Chris...
Very interesting project, I like the idea of printing a pouch. This makes me want to buy my first 3d printer and give this a shot!
Snowman lives matter! 😂 Love the design.
Is there a better Easter egg than the Wilhelm scream? Nice touch. This is a cool print, it's just too bad there is zero chance my kids use it responsibly. And only slightly higher that I do.
Could you be a bit more specific about the materials. You mentioned reinforced PLA. Is that carbon fiber reinforced? What print settings, particularly what % infill to make it strong enough
Duuuude! I started watching you because I'm learning to surfskate and making some decks. .. because I'm taking a break from making slingshots. Ha! You and I are gonna have to do a longboard/slingshot video 🤜🤛
Nice
I don't know what PLA dust does in the lungs but a respirator could keep it out. Cool build.

I have been so bad about that this winter with the different projects. I need to get back in the habit of wearing my respirator.
I was literally dreaming about 3D printing a slingshot last night to replace my old wrist rocket with rotted bands.

Hah! Nice! Hopefully I got you on the hookup!
I see you don't like answering questions. I'll try anyway. Looks very, very good. Was the jewelry printed with a Direct Extruder or a Bowden Extruder and were the same filament used for all parts?
did it stand up to fork hits ? what filament did you use ?
where are files for download?
Hi Chris, have ever through about making a 3D printed skateboard foot brake?
@GoodRoads

Nah, I'm very much of the opinion that learning to slide and foot-brake are fundamentals that every rider should know, and also really good, safe ways to stop. Now a 3d-printed replacement sole for when you wear out the bottom of your shoes? That might be a different story...
Your awsome
