30mm/s, layer - 0.3mm, nozzle - 0,5mm. But if you want a good bearing, i recomend: layer - 0.1mm, nozzle - 0,4/0,3mm, speed - I need to know the brand of your printer

Probably 10-20 mm/s.

without raft ). i've got ribbed tape. It has good adhesion. I recommend to try. www.scley.pl
