Awesome, it's almost like a high tech Stomper(which most of you are too young to remember). I always wished my Stompers were RC. This is a little bigger and has suspension but man that body is perfect. Cool project, thanks for putting one more project on my list I'll never get to 😂😂😂

Way cool! I'm currently working on a similar project but slightly larger scale (1:28 -ish). I'd love to see your Arduino files and notes on how you have the Arduino powering the two motors. I'm only going to use one motor but still would love to see what you've done. Just noticed you linked to all of the files in the description. Awesome! Thank you!!!

You laughed when you talked about your soldering paper clips for your tie rods my hat's off to you I'm not laughing this is ingenious. I found this video because I'm looking for someone who may I've already started what I'm trying to do. I have a Nitro RC truck I just got it has no cap and I'm thinking about printing one. Better yet I'm thinking about printing a frame that has spots for me to pop on panels so they can be easily replaced

Wow, pretty damn neat. Looking at getting into 3D printing/scanners for use in 1/35th scale military armor models and 1/32nd scale diecast vehicles. The majority of armor kits have NO interiors and when I used to build them, everything was scratch built. Interior detailing on the diecast stuff is pretty plain....collectors seem to buy 'em mainly for the body, not great detail. With a 3D printer, there's no limit on detailing interiors. And from your video, understand I can make articulated steering, axles, etc. How long have you been doing 3D printing and how much experience w/computers did you have when you started all of this? Thanks for the video.

I've been working with various CAD software for about 17 years off and on for hobby type work. Got much more serious about it after I built my 3D printer. I've been into the electronics side of things for about 5 years now. Knowledge of some kind of CAD software is going to be one of the most important things to know if you want to design your own stuff. Autodesk Fusion360 is very powerful and free for Hobbyists if you want to get into CAD.

Hi. It is fantastic this design and in this size it has a lot of merit because to be 4x4 the front traction is complicated to make. I have printed the parts but I see that the mechanical links of the front-wheel drive are not there. How have you done to transmit the power and turn at the same time ?, Maybe a metallic cardan? I'm very interested in your answer because I'm doing something similar but I've done it with rear-wheel drive only because the front and so small is very complicated so I would be very grateful if you could give me more information about the front-wheel drive. Thanks.
