Would it better you use Spine Mask to create those panels? I think in this method you can get a clean eagles when them extruded?

Hey at 3:44 you are adding symmetry to symmetry i too have 23 version but could not find the radia symmetry, Can someone help me??

In the latest verisons, it has the radial option, are you sure that you have the same version.

At 9:48 when I symmetry the object and check "remove outside" I seem to lose all the holes. Do you have any idea what's going wrong please? TIA.

Symmetry object is a little bugy, try to use Symmetry Hub instead, it works great.
